On 15/04/2026 I made two separate EFT deposits from my Turkish TL bank account to my 1xBet account, first ₺5,000 and then ₺2,000. Although the transfers were completed from my bank, neither of these amounts was credited to my 1xBet balance. After noticing that the money did not appear in my account, I contacted customer support. As requested, I sent the receipts and my account statement, but they did not accept these documents and asked me to record a video while logging into my internet banking. I recorded the screen, showed the transactions clearly and sent the video, but this time they told me to record it again from another phone and send it, and my issue still has not been resolved. Despite fulfilling every request from support and proving that the EFTs were made, my ₺7,000 is still missing and not refunded. I request that the total amount of ₺7,000 which was transferred via EFT on 15/04/2026 but not credited to my account, be urgently refunded to my bank account without asking for any further unnecessary documents.
