On 12/30/2025, I made a payment of $24 from my Paytm account to add funds to my 1xBet gaming account. The payment was successfully completed, and the amount was deducted from my Paytm balance, and I also have the transaction ID/UTR details as proof. However, the money has not been credited to my 1xBet account, nor has it been reversed back to my bank or Paytm balance. I contacted 1xBet customer service to resolve this issue, but I did not receive any proper assistance or solution, and I feel I am being treated unfairly regarding this missing payment.
