I am extremely disappointed with the negative experiences I had on the 1xBet website. The deposit process was complete chaos — the money I deposited was not added to my account for three days. When I regretted making the deposit and tried to withdraw it, I was then unable to complete the withdrawal either.

To make matters worse, they canceled the bonus I was given arbitrarily, simply referring to “company policy” without providing any explanation or justification.

All of these issues continued for about a week. Eventually, I logged out of the app and deleted it completely. When I contacted customer support, I was constantly stalled and no solution was offered.

At this point, I have no expectations from this company anymore, and I will never use it again.
I just want my complaint to be taken seriously and the company to be held accountable for its poor service and treatment of users.
