I am trying to withdraw money but the methods that I use are greyed out. I have contacted 1xBet support and they are telling me to wait as this is technical issue. It has been more than 24hrs now and I still cannot withdraw. I think they are waiting for me to lose it all since they know I will not be able to withdraw. I checked with a friend and to my surprise the option is availabe for him. How come there is a technical issue for me only?
