I made a deposit via card (Scotiabank) to my 1xbet account (1905820***). The money was debited, and this was confirmed by a successful transaction in the bank’s mobile app, but the funds never arrived in my 1xbet account. Support asked me to wait up to 24 hours, but four days have already passed. I sent a bank statement, but there has been no response, and I get the feeling that they are not particularly interested in solving the problem. I hope you can help me here.
