1xBet Refuses To Pay Out ₺20,806 Winnings After Document Requests

I played games on 1xBet. At first, when I lost money, there were no issues. But once I went into profit — earning ₺20,000+ — they began demanding endless documents.

I submitted the requested documents, but then they asked for even more, including a video of me logging into the app from my phone. At that point, I realized their bad faith. No matter what documents you provide, they refuse to make payouts. And who knows what third parties those documents are being shared with.

Right now, my account balance is ₺20,806. I originally deposited ₺9,000 via card. I will be filing a chargeback with my bank for that amount, which the bank will recover. As for the remaining ₺10,806, I demand that it be transferred to my Papel account or my IBAN.
