The money has already been debited from my Opay account, and I have the transaction receipt as proof, but the amount has not appeared in my 1xBet account balance. The deposit was intended for my 1xBet account with the username “Sunmi fatal” and ID 1498056895.
After noticing that the money did not show up in my account, I contacted 1xBet support and was directed to live chat support. During the chat, I was repeatedly asked to provide the date and time of the transaction, and then I was told to wait for one hour. However, despite waiting and following their instructions, the issue still has not been resolved, and my deposit remains missing.
I request that this issue be urgently investigated and that my 29,500 naira deposit be either credited to my 1xBet account or refunded back to my Opay account as soon as possible.
