June brought me a serious problem with a deposit on the 1xBet mobile app. I topped up my account with $60 on June 8th—the money was withdrawn from my bank card but never arrived in my 1xBet account. My user ID is 1904759***. At first, I didn’t even notice the deposit hadn’t gone through, but when I tried to play a casino slot, the system said I couldn’t due to insufficient funds. Everything was the same as before—same bank card, same account—and I had successfully deposited several times in the past. But this time, there was an issue. Support told me to wait 24 hours, but that time has now passed and my balance is still zero. I had to file a complaint on June 9th because I want to place my bets.
