Yesterday, I transferred ₺50,000 to 1xBet via İş Bankası using their wire transfer method. I sent the money to the IBAN they provided and proceeded to confirm the transaction through the form on their site. However, the site threw an error and the form closed, and I was unable to reopen it for that same IBAN.
I immediately emailed both the Payments and Support addresses at 1xBet. Despite this, I received a response stating that the money had already been credited to my 1xBet account—which was not true. The balance never appeared. There’s clearly something shady going on within the platform. Someone claimed the money, but it wasn't me.
Just now, I received a follow-up email saying that my ₺50,000 was mistakenly deposited into another user’s account. How is this possible? I submitted my own bank slip with my full name and account details. How could my personal transaction be redirected to someone else’s account? This is a massive breach of both trust and security.
