I immediately followed the instructions and provided everything that was requested: my national ID card, screenshots of my Binance account, my Binance personal information, Binance wallet history, a selfie of me holding my ID card, and screenshots of the email inbox with the 1xBet security team. After reviewing these, the security team informed me that I had provided all the required information and that I only needed to wait for the verification process to be completed and for an email notification. According to the information on your website, this verification process should be completed within 72 hours. However, after 72 hours passed with no update, I sent another email to the security team to ask about the status of my verification. Instead of completing the process, they asked me for new documentation again, even though I had already submitted everything I reasonably can. This makes it feel like I am being pushed into an endless verification loop, which is very frustrating and disappointing. I have cooperated fully and provided all information needed for KYC by email to your security team, yet my account is still stuck in “documents under review” and I cannot access my own money. I kindly request that you urgently complete the verification for my account, stop asking for additional unnecessary documents, and allow me to withdraw my funds of approximately 900 USD without further delay.
