My query number is 4104119509, and my customer ID is 87*171.
However, even after several days, the withdrawal has not been transferred to my bank account.
At first, I received no response from customer support. When I mentioned that I would file a complaint on a consumer platform, I was told that there was first an operator issue, and later that it was a technical problem — just to dismiss the issue. I even have screenshots showing the withdrawal request. Despite also contacting customer service by email, I still haven’t received any resolution, and my money remains unreturned.
My only request is that the ₺40,000 be credited to my bank account immediately. Because of this negative experience, I no longer plan to use this platform.
