To resolve the issue, I contacted both live chat and email support multiple times. The live chat agents told me that the matter was being handled by the finance team and that they could not intervene. The finance team only responded to my emails with generic replies such as “we will solve the problem, please wait.” Despite waiting, no real solution has been provided, and my issue remains unresolved.
I experienced a similar problem once before, but at that time, the issue was resolved quickly. This time, the lack of response and ongoing delay has left me extremely frustrated.
I demand that my 6,000 TL deposit be credited to my 1xBet account immediately. If that is not possible, I expect the full amount to be refunded back to my bank account without further delay.
