I’m an active 1xBet user and regularly deposit funds to play. But recently, I ran into a serious issue that’s shaken my trust in the platform. On April 28, I transferred ₺500 to my 1xBet account (user ID: 1905839471) using Payfix. The money was successfully withdrawn from my bank account, but it still hasn’t been credited to my 1xBet balance—and it’s been more than a full day.

I’ve double-checked my bank records, and the transfer clearly went through. But the funds are simply missing from my 1xBet account. I contacted technical support several times, and every time I received the same unhelpful response: “The funds are on the way.” No explanation, no resolution—just delays.
