For the past week, I haven’t been able to claim my free spin bonuses on Atlasbet, despite being a regular user and making multiple deposits. When I contacted customer service, they vaguely told me there “might be a system issue at the moment.” That’s it—no real help, no actual solution.
They can clearly see from my account that I made deposits and didn’t use the bonuses I was entitled to. But since some time has passed, they now refuse to grant me the bonuses, even though it was their system's fault. This is unacceptable.
Even worse, their customer service is completely ineffective. I requested a call for help, but instead, they just sent me automated responses on WhatsApp, trying to end the chat as quickly as possible without fixing anything.
