This is completely unacceptable. I deposited money into Betcio, fully aware that winning or losing is part of the game. But what I didn’t sign up for is having my balance wiped during gameplay. While I was actively playing, the system kicked me out, and when I logged back in, my entire balance was gone.
This isn’t just a technical issue—it’s a serious breach of trust. On top of that, I faced login and password errors, and every time I contacted support, I got the same canned responses. No one takes responsibility, and they just repeat the same scripted lines.
Even more frustrating, this all happened during a supposed “system update.” If the system is under maintenance, why is it still accepting deposits? Why allow players to put in money if they won’t be allowed to play, and worse, lose their balance in the process?
Betcio, I lost over 3.5 hours of my time and my money. I demand a full explanation and refund of the deleted balance. I’ll also be sharing screenshots of my conversations with your team as further proof. This needs to be resolved immediately—your players deserve better.
