I've been a member of Betgaranti for over 10 months, placing bets and making deposits almost every single day. Up until recently, I had no major issues. But now, the platform has started to refuse payouts—even when bets clearly win.
As a long-time user, I can confidently say that this site has serious problems with honoring winning bets. For example, on a specific bet involving a set play (standing ball), they completely ignored the result and refused to pay the winnings. When questioned, they blamed the provider, saying it wasn't recorded properly. Even worse, they replay the bet with different outcomes, claiming it's part of the game system—even though I have screenshots proving otherwise.
