Betnano Emptied My Balance During Slot Play

On June 24, 2025, at exactly 18:42, I was playing slot games on Betnano with a balance of ₺4,779. Within just one minute, my account was reduced to ₺79. I immediately contacted customer service to report the issue, expecting a serious investigation. Instead, they claimed that someone else had accessed my account at the exact same time from a different IP address.
