I’ve tried multiple times to close my Betnano account through live support, but each time I’ve been delayed with different excuses. They keep saying a closure link will be sent, yet no link ever arrives. When I’m told to apply via email, that process also leads nowhere.
It’s unacceptable that a user is met with so many obstacles when trying to close their own account. Not only has my closure request been ignored, but I’ve also been pressured to keep my account active, which is completely unethical.
I request that my account be permanently closed immediately and that the inconvenience I’ve experienced throughout this process be properly resolved.
