Betpark Denied My Withdrawal Due to IP Conflict and Erased My Balance

I experienced a serious issue while trying to withdraw funds from the Betpark betting site. Today, I attempted to withdraw ₺862 from my account using the Papel method under the VIP Bonus category. However, my withdrawal request was rejected on the grounds of an “IP conflict,” and my entire balance was deleted.

When I contacted customer support, they said my transaction was canceled because other accounts had been accessed from the same internet connection in my location. After that, they stopped responding to my messages. I received no warnings or restriction notifications on my account before my withdrawal request was denied, and my balance was completely erased. I’m sharing this complaint to prevent others from experiencing the same problem. A few of my friends faced similar situations before — I didn’t believe it at first, but now it has happened to me as well. I request that my issue be resolved and that the deleted balance be refunded to my account immediately.
