They first canceled it because they needed ID verification, which I provided. Then, after resubmitting, they canceled again without a clear reason. Each time I ask why it was canceled, they just tell me to submit the request again, only for it to be canceled once more. It's absurd that Betpark can’t even pay out ₺900.
