I joined Betpark’s Telegram channel after seeing their campaign advertisement that said, “Follow us and earn an instant bonus.” I followed the channel and provided the required user information as instructed. However, even though the ad stated that the bonus would be credited immediately, customer service told me that I needed to make a deposit first before receiving any bonus.
The promotion was clearly misleading, as the advertisement never mentioned any deposit requirement—it explicitly stated that the bonus would be given just for following the channel. Because of this inconsistency, I decided not to deposit any money due to a lack of trust.
I believe this campaign is deceptive, and I request that the bonus be credited as advertised, that the campaign conditions be corrected, and that Betpark issue an apology for the misleading promotion.
