On 10.02.2025, I registered on the www.bets10.com platform and used the first deposit bonus, depositing ₺60,000 via the USDC/Ethereum method. I placed bets according to the platform's rules and did not engage in any suspicious activity. I created five triple combination bets, two of which won. I fully met Bets10’s wagering requirements and completed the bonus turnover. After that, I played slot games for a while and accumulated a total balance of ₺406,400. Later, I requested a withdrawal of ₺100,000.

Following my withdrawal request, my account underwent a one-week verification process. During this period, I provided all requested documents without any omissions and maintained constant communication with the platform via email. In the final stage, I had a phone conversation with their representatives. However, at the end of the process, I received an email stating that my account had been closed without any explanation, and no payment was made.

I find this decision unfair and discriminatory. I strongly suspect that if I were a male user, my payment would have been processed without issue. All my bets were placed according to the platform’s rules and contained no irregularities. I chose the first deposit bonus to increase my chances and played accordingly. However, closing my account without providing a reason and refusing to pay my rightful winnings is completely unacceptable. I still don’t understand why my payment hasn’t been processed.
