Although the transaction appears as successful on my bank’s side, the amount has not been credited to my gaming account for over 12 hours, and I have been negatively affected by this delay.
I have only been able to contact Bets10 via email. Responses to my messages have been significantly delayed, and so far, I have not received any concrete resolution. I also sent them the payment receipt, yet the issue remains unresolved.
I urgently request that the $331 I deposited into my gaming account registered under yu**********@gmail.com be credited to my balance immediately. If this is not possible, I demand that the same amount be refunded to my bank account without further delay.
