I Deposited ₺1,750 to My Bets10 Account but Funds Never Appeared


On 26 August at 05:00, I transferred ₺500 from my VakıfBank account (ending in 0030) to my Bets10 account (username ending in 8672) via EFT/Fast. The money was successfully withdrawn from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Bets10 balance.
I contacted Bets10 customer support multiple times, and at first, I was told that the issue was due to a surname mismatch. I was asked to provide additional documents, which I submitted two days ago, but I have not received any resolution. The only communication I received was a standard confirmation email, with no update or further assistance since then.
This was my first-ever deposit into Bets10, and encountering such a problem right away has left me extremely frustrated and concerned about the platform’s reliability. Customers should not have to chase after their own money after completing all the required steps correctly.
I am demanding that Bets10 immediately credit the ₺500 deposit into my account without any further delay and improve their support response time. Transparent handling of financial transactions is critical, and this level of negligence is unacceptable.
