I requested a withdrawal of ₺20,000 from my Bets10 account via bank transfer on 01.05.2026 at 00:17. The amount was deducted from my Bets10 balance, but it was never transferred to my personal bank account. Despite this, I keep receiving misleading and inconsistent information. After noticing that the money had not reached my account, I contacted Bets10 by e‑mail. They first told me to wait 24 hours. After I waited, they asked me to provide documents such as bank statements and other information, which I submitted in full. Although I have sent all the requested documents, no action has been taken and my problem is still not resolved. I request that the ₺20,000 that was deducted from my Bets10 balance but not transferred to my bank account be promptly deposited into my personal account, and that a clear and transparent explanation be provided about the process. I also expect this situation to be investigated and that I am not further victimized in my future transactions.
