Bets10 Withholds My $46 Withdrawal for Two Weeks

Since that transaction, I have not been able to withdraw my money for two weeks, and I still haven’t received a clear answer about the issue.

They asked me for the transaction receipt, which I sent immediately. However, through email they keep responding with “we are waiting, we will look into it,” which are evasive and unprofessional replies. Instead of resolving the problem, they are basically stringing me along and acting like they are mocking me.

For this reason, I want to state that I see them as an untrustworthy and highly suspicious platform.
I demand a full refund of the $46 I deposited, and I also want my account and personal information completely deleted.

Additionally, I expect the necessary investigations and actions to be taken so that other users do not suffer similar issues due to this experience.
