I Face Bets10 Deposit Not Credited After Secure Payment

Today at 1:26 PM, I deposited $28 into my Bets10 account using my card through the secure payment method, but the amount has still not been credited to my account. This is not the first time this has happened—in fact, I have experienced this issue multiple times over the past few months, and each time the resolution has been significantly delayed.
For this latest transaction, I provided a screenshot as proof. However, despite the payment being made through a virtual card using Bets10’s own secure payment system, I was still asked to provide a receipt. Since the payment was processed through the platform’s integrated secure payment gateway, I am unable to obtain any additional receipt beyond what I have already provided.
I request that this $28 deposit be urgently credited to my Bets10 account. Additionally, I ask that a proper investigation be conducted into these recurring deposit delays and that a permanent solution be implemented to prevent this issue from continuing.
