On 13.08.2025, I transferred a total of ₺14,000 to Bets10 betting site via bank FAST transfer to IBAN TR39********************85. My username is k**********@gmail.com. I had previously played on this site without any issues, but this time, the money I deposited never appeared in my account.
When I contacted customer service, they first told me I needed to deposit ₺1,800, then said I was being moved to VIP membership and had to deposit an additional ₺5,200. I complied with both requests. After that, they asked for another ₺7,000, bringing my total deposits to ₺14,000. Now, they are telling me I must deposit another ₺16,000 before I can withdraw any funds. No terms, conditions, or agreements were provided, and none of my deposits were reflected in my account balance. Instead, I was only directed to make further deposit and withdrawal transactions.
I have proof of all my transfers and demand the immediate refund of the ₺14,000 I deposited. I expect Bets10 to address this issue promptly and prevent such incidents from happening to other players.
