At around 3 AM, someone unauthorized accessed my Bets10 account. I received an email from Bets10 saying a login was detected from a different device, but since I was asleep, I didn’t see the message in time to act. By the time I checked, my account had been completely drained—₺110,000 was transferred to an unknown Papara account, and then my account was suspended.
I reached out to Bets10 multiple times, explaining everything, but they have been completely unhelpful. They won’t reopen my account, and they refuse to take any responsibility. I asked them how such a large amount could be withdrawn to a different Papara account without proper identity verification, and they offered no clear explanation.
