On 28.11.2025 at around 20:31, I made a ₺50,000 deposit to my Betturkey account by bank transfer from my TEB account to a Halkbank account number provided on the Betturkey website. The money was successfully withdrawn from my TEB account and transferred to the account number they shared, but it has not been reflected in my Betturkey balance. Although the transfer appears as completed on the bank side, Betturkey officials only state that the “control process is continuing,” and my balance is still not updated. Over the last 18 hours, I have contacted Betturkey many times via phone and written live support, but I have not received any clear information or solution. I request that my ₺50,000 be urgently either transferred back to my TEB bank account or added to my Betturkey account balance without any further delay. I ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that I be informed in writing.
