Betturkey Blocked My Casino Winnings as Unfair Gain

I have been a Betturkey customer for about 3 years and I mainly use the casino section. For the last 1 month, my casino winnings have not been paid and a total amount of approximately 50,000 has been blocked with the explanation of “unfair gain”. Without giving me any concrete explanation or detailed justification, Betturkey has withdrawn the money in my account by labeling it as unfair gain and has not transferred my rightful winnings to me. I contacted customer service about this situation, but they did not deal with my problem and no clear information or solution was provided. I request that my account and all related casino transactions be re‑examined in detail, that the blocked and withdrawn amount of approximately 50,000 be urgently paid into my account, and that I be informed in writing of the clear reason if Betturkey claims unfair gain. I expect this situation, which has caused a serious loss of trust, to be resolved as soon as possible and my rightful winnings to be paid.
