I am very frustrated with Betturkey after a withdrawal of ₺26,000 was allegedly sent to a bank account that does not belong to me. When I informed them that the funds never reached my account, they insisted it was transferred and showed a receipt that anyone could have easily fabricated.
I’ve been a loyal user of Betturkey for over a year, frequently making deposits and withdrawals without issues. In the past, I’ve successfully withdrawn large amounts, including ₺100,000 and ₺150,000, without any problems. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a situation, and it’s incredibly disappointing.
The worst part is they claim the money was sent to an Akbank account, which I’ve never even used. Betturkey must urgently address this mistake and refund my money immediately. I trusted this platform, but their recent behavior has been unacceptable.
