On January 30, 2026, between 01:00 and 08:00, I made transactions on the Extrabet Turkish site with my standard membership. During this period, I deposited a total of 16,000 TL and incurred a loss of approximately 5,000 TL. Despite clearly meeting the conditions for a loss bonus, as I understand them, no loss bonus was credited to my account. When I contacted live support, I was informed that because I had withdrawn 9,000 TL on the same day, I could not receive any loss bonus under the site’s rules. The support representative even stated that if a withdrawal of 10,000 TL was made on the same day, no loss bonus would be given, even if 300,000–500,000 TL was lost afterward. This explanation, delivered in an arrogant and indifferent manner, made me feel that my losses and customer status were not valued in any way. As someone who deposits high amounts and experiences losses on the same day, I do not find it fair that my losses are completely disregarded simply because I made a withdrawal. I believe this situation is unfair and detrimental, as my request for a loss bonus was rejected solely based on same-day withdrawals, despite significant same-day investments and losses. I request that the loss bonus conditions be applied clearly, consistently, and fairly, that my situation and losses on January 30, 2026, be carefully reviewed, and that the loss bonus I am entitled to be credited to my account.
