Extrabet Deposit Lost

I have been using an account registered under the name Azad24 Arda A*** at Extrabet (extrabet2028.com) for about one year. During this period I had made deposits before without any similar problem. On 11.04.2026 at 16:42 I deposited ₺1,500 into my Extrabet account. Shortly after the deposit, while I was on the site, I was suddenly logged out. When I logged back in after approximately three minutes, I saw that my balance had been reset to zero. During the time I was on my account, I did not receive any suspicious transaction notification, warning or security alert. Afterwards, I was told that my account had been emptied by fraudsters, but this explanation did not seem convincing to me at all. No clear and logical information was given about what kind of benefit such a so‑called fraudster would gain in this situation, how the transactions were carried out, or which security vulnerability was exploited. In this process, site officials called me and tried to console me, but my trust in Extrabet was completely shaken because of what happened and I no longer consider it a reliable platform. I feel victimized by a process in which the platform cannot fully and clearly explain what happened, cannot protect the balance I deposited, and cannot offer a satisfactory solution. I also did not receive any concrete or explanatory response from customer service regarding the incident. I request that the deposit be refunded to me. I also expect a thorough investigation to be carried out regarding this incident, a clear and transparent explanation of how this situation occurred, and that my grievance be remedied as soon as possible. I state that I will share the developments regarding this process again if necessary.
