On 17.12.2025 at around 12:46, I deposited ₺3,000 to my Grandpashabet account via Yapı Kredi Bank. After the transaction, I was informed that the money was sent but the recipient name was shown as incorrectly written and the balance was not reflected in my account. I contacted Grandpashabet live support about the issue, and they told me to speak with my bank. I then called Yapı Kredi and requested a refund, but despite this, the ₺3,000 has still not been returned to my account nor has it been credited to my Grandpashabet balance, and the situation remains unresolved. I request that my ₺3,000 be urgently either refunded to my Yapı Kredi account or deposited into my Grandpashabet account, and that I be informed clearly about the result.
