GrandPashaBet Fails to Credit $437 in Masterpay Deposits

On December 7, 2025 at 12:00 AM, I deposited approximately $161 into my GrandPashaBet account via Masterpay. Later, on December 14, 2025 at 5:54 PM, I made another deposit of approximately $276. The total amount I deposited was about $437. Despite having receipts for both transactions, neither deposit was ever credited to my account.

After experiencing this issue, I contacted live support multiple times. However, they repeatedly refused to take responsibility, claiming that the IBAN involved did not belong to them and attempting to close the matter. I clearly explained that it would make no sense for me to send money to a random IBAN that does not belong to me, and that I made the payments using the account details provided directly by their website. Despite this, I was continuously dismissed and saw no solution-oriented approach.

I am requesting that these two Masterpay deposits be reviewed based on my receipts and that the full amount of approximately $437 be credited to my GrandPashaBet account. I also want the department responsible for adding these IBANs to the site to review past records, investigate this matter in detail, and urgently resolve my loss.
