For approximately one year, I have been using Grandpashabet, during which I have consistently lost money without receiving any meaningful returns or payouts, to the point where my total losses now exceed $1,000. I find this situation highly suspicious because it has continued over a long period and does not feel like normal risk or chance. Whenever I contact Grandpashabet customer service regarding these ongoing losses and my concerns about the lack of proper payouts, I only receive standard, template responses that provide no clear or satisfactory explanation. I feel that my concerns are not taken seriously and that I am not being given transparent information about how my bets are evaluated or processed. I request that my account activity and full betting history over this roughly one-year period be examined in detail and that I be provided with a clear and transparent explanation. If any unfair practice, system error, or technical issue is identified, I expect my financial losses—exceeding $1,000—to be compensated and my consumer rights to be fully protected.

Hello, I've heard this text before; so does random not yield any profit for two months, it puts it in a losing situation (since I know the game's rules), threw random 10 times and it reset. The rest you can understand.
