On January 14, 2026 around 11:30 PM, I played the “Gate of Olympus Super Scatter” game on the GrandPashaBet site. I deposited about $230 to play, and based on how the game was going I expected to win around $345, but at the end of the game only $2 was credited to my account. The flow and outcome of the game were so inconsistent that they did not match normal game logic.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted live support. They claimed that not all games had been tampered with, but the way the game played out and the results strongly gave the impression that the system had been interfered with. After I filed a complaint, instead of providing any resolution, they blocked my account and closed communication channels.
I am requesting a refund of the amount I deposited and compensation for my loss. I also want the games on this site to remain free of interference, for their systems to be audited, and for the thousands of people who have experienced similar problems to be taken seriously. I expect GrandPashaBet to respond on this matter, reopen my account, and return the amount I lost unfairly.
