I am requesting that my deposit and loss bonus rights, which were closed without justification despite my platinum account status and continuous activity, be reopened, and that this unfair practice be reviewed. I expect Grandpashabet to urgently resolve this issue, take into account the loss I have suffered during this period, and provide me with a clear and satisfactory explanation.
