On 19.11.2025, I transferred ₺5,000 via bank transfer to the Halkbank account in the name of Emrah Ö*** (IBAN ending with 5767) in order to load balance into my Holiganbet game account. Although the payment was successfully sent from my bank, this amount has not appeared in my Holiganbet account for days and has not been refunded to me. When I contacted Holiganbet, I was placed into a so-called “VIP group” and told that I had to deposit another ₺5,000, and that only after this additional payment would my game account be activated. I find this request completely unacceptable, because my initial ₺5,000 payment was already made and my balance should either be credited to my account or refunded without any extra conditions. I request that my Holiganbet account be activated without requiring any additional payment and that the ₺5,000 I have already transferred be immediately and fully reflected in my game account, or otherwise the full amount be refunded to me without delay.
