Holiganbet Gates of Olympus Lost After Constant Errors

On 19/04/2026 between 01:00 and 01:30, I experienced a serious grievance while playing the Pragmatic game “Gates of Olympus” on Holiganbet with my account “Ceto190***”. Throughout the game I could not get a single proper winning spin in a row and the game did not give any effective multiplier even once. In a 16-bet game I only received a 50X multiplier in one single spin; apart from that hand, there were no winnings at all in the remaining 13 spins. The game kept acting as if it was about to give a win, then removed me from the game and forced me to re-enter, which made the process feel manipulative and unfair. I was playing via my iPhone and during the game there were constant errors, interruptions and connection problems. Even when I refreshed the page and re-entered, I still did not get any winnings, and within about 10 minutes my total balance of 10,000₺ was completely wiped out. This 10,000₺ balance was money I had previously won from betting, and seeing it disappear so quickly without virtually any chance of winning made me feel that the system was not operating fairly. In the past I have had similar experiences and contacted live support and customer service, but I did not receive any helpful or positive response, so this time I deliberately did not contact support again because I believed it would not change anything. Based on my experiences, I think the system and these games operate against the user, in a way that goes beyond normal gambling logic and creates an unfair and trust-breaking situation. I want the Gates of Olympus game in particular, and the relevant games in general, to be examined in detail, the game records to be checked, and the 10,000₺ that I believe I lost unfairly to be refunded to me.
