Holiganbet Withdrawal Not Received, Marked As Successful But Missing

On 23.11.2025 at around 00:27, I submitted a 21,000 ₺ withdrawal request through Holiganbet. Although the transaction details show the process for transaction number 501468102983633000 as “Successful” at 00:51 on 23/11/2025, the money never reached my VakıfBank account, nor was it returned to my Holiganbet balance. Even though the system marks the transaction as “successful,” no actual payment has been made to my account. Throughout this process, I tried contacting Holiganbet live support, but the support line has been completely inadequate. I am constantly placed in a queue of 99 people, and I have to wait 1–2 hours without leaving the screen; otherwise, the connection drops and I have to rejoin the queue from the beginning. After nearly seven hours, an agent told me that a financial check had been done, that they were waiting for a response, and that they would get back to me. Later, they sent me a receipt claiming that the 21,000 ₺ was sent at 00:52. When I checked the IBAN on the receipt, I found that it belongs to a person named ha*** ye*** with an account at Garanti Bank, yet the “recipient name” on the receipt shows my name, Can Karaçam, as if the money was deposited into my account. Showing someone else’s IBAN while writing my name on the receipt is, in my view, a clear deception. I request that Holiganbet urgently verify the 21,000 ₺ withdrawal through real bank records and either transfer the funds to my VakıfBank account or return the full amount to my Holiganbet balance. Despite the transaction marked as successful and a receipt being sent with my name on it, the fact that the money has not reached me has caused serious hardship, and I want this issue resolved immediately.
