I have been a Holiganbet user for a long time, and for the past six months, I have been experiencing very serious problems with the games on your platform. Every time I deposit money, my balance is depleted almost immediately, and the way the games progress does not feel normal at all. This has led me to believe that there may be manipulation or unfair practices involved in the games.
Over these six months, I have deposited and lost a total amount exceeding $2,121. Despite this significant loss, whenever I contact customer service, I am told that it is “just luck.” I am repeatedly informed that I am being connected to the relevant department, only to be kept waiting for nearly an hour without receiving any clear explanation or solution.
I do not find it acceptable that such a high level of loss and serious concerns are dismissed simply as “bad luck,” with no transparent or detailed information provided. I formally request that all games I have played during this period, as well as my full account activity, be thoroughly reviewed. I also demand a clear and official explanation of the results, and if any unfair practice, error, or irregularity is identified, I request that at least part of my losses be refunded. I expect this process to be handled transparently and that I be informed in writing.
