Last night I reported that someone had accessed my account but instead of resolving the issue the system reset my money. I contacted the live support line and they initially said they would check it and process a refund. A few hours later when I followed up they told me that such a thing was not possible. It is clear that they are not taking security seriously and ignoring legitimate concerns. They accessed the game and after 20 games were played my balance was reset within one minute which is impossible.
