Jojobet Deposit Not Reflected - Suspected Fake Site Issue

On 30.11.2025 at 22:39, I logged into my Jojobet account through the same updated website I always use. Before logging in, I was worried the site might be fake, so I tested it by trying to log in with several randomly created accounts, and those accounts could not log in. When I logged in with my own account, I received a two-factor authentication SMS on my registered phone number, so I believed I was on the original site. After that, I deposited ₺6,000 into my Jojobet account via EFT from Yapı Kredi. However, even after waiting for about three hours, the deposit still did not appear in my account. My previous balance of ₺0.15 and my game history were still visible, so I am sure I logged into my usual account. During this process, I contacted live support at least 20 times, and each time they redirected me to the finance approval page. I uploaded the receipt, my account transaction details, and all requested information there twice. At first, live support told me that my deposit appeared in the system and that I only needed to wait for approval. Later, however, they claimed “there is no such recipient, you deposited to a fake site,” refusing any responsibility. I explained repeatedly that I had been logging in from the same place for years and that my game history and old balance were visible, yet they still did not reflect my deposit. I request that Jojobet examine the ₺6,000 EFT transaction I made via Yapı Kredi, verify the recipient account to which the payment was sent, and credit the full deposited amount to my Jojobet account without delay.

Beforehand, I was worried that the site might be fake, so I tried logging in with a few randomly created accounts, but these accounts could not log in. Then, I deposited 6,000 TL into my Jojobet account via EFT from Yapı Kredi. Even though I have been waiting for about 3 hours, this deposit has not been reflected in my account. The 0.15 TL balance and my game history that were in my account before the deposit are still there, so I am sure I logged into my usual account.

During this process, I contacted live support at least 20 times, and each time I was directed to financial approval. I uploaded the receipt and my account transactions, as well as all requested information, to the financial approval page twice. At first, live support told me that my deposit appeared in the system and that I should wait for approval. However, later they said, 'there is no such recipient, you have deposited to a fake site,' and did not accept responsibility. I specifically stated that I have been logging in from the same place for years, and that my game history and old balance are still there, but despite this, they did not reflect my deposit to my account.

I request that Jojobet investigate the 6,000 TL EFT transaction I made via Yapı Kredi, check the recipient account to which the payment was made, and ensure that the amount I deposited is fully and promptly credited to my Jojobet account.

Hello, yes, I was called by your customer service, that's correct, but they are persistently working not to solve the problem, but to make me believe that I was not scammed. However, as I mentioned, as always, I logged in from Joje's own official Telegram channel, checked my game history, checked my remaining balance, and then made a deposit. Even though it has been three or four days, my money is still missing and there is still no solution.
