On September 27, 2025, I earned 2,750,000₺ on the Jojobet platform. During the withdrawal process, I received a call from +1 (219) *** 9378, from a person who introduced himself as U*** and claimed to be an external finance officer of Jojobet. He requested the SMS code, but I did not share it. Meanwhile, I spent 45 minutes contacting live support to verify the situation, and they confirmed that this person was not affiliated with them. Since I did not share the code, a withdrawal of 1,700,000₺ was successfully processed. However, the same person later called again, made threats, disabled my account security, and placed bets from the account without identity verification. At that moment, my account had a remaining balance of 1,050,000₺. Additionally, even though I ranked first in the @egt tournament and won a prize of 1,500,000₺, the reward was never credited to my account. I later learned that the prize was transferred from the EGT company to Jojobet. Despite multiple conversations with live support, I never received clear answers and was told to send my personal information to the email address be***@outlook.com. I sent the necessary documents, but never got a response, and later discovered that the email also belonged to the same person named U***. The live support team, which tolerates internal misconduct and personnel harming users’ rights, violated data privacy laws and failed to pay both my tournament prize and my total winnings of approximately 2,550,000₺. None of my complaints were reviewed or resolved. My username is y***. When my account verification was removed, my remaining balance was not refunded. I suffered a direct loss of balance and tournament earnings. I request that this issue be resolved, my balance and tournament prize be paid, and an official statement be made regarding the data privacy violation. All necessary documents will be provided upon request.

They contacted me again from the 0312 number that I provided. 2FA has been removed for the third time, but this time the account verification is stuck. And it is claimed that I shared my SMS code with someone, but when I ask for the login IPs, they say your IPs are constantly changing.

The person on the phone says that the email address [email protected] does not belong to us. The call records are available with live support, but they are denying it. Unfortunately, you are saying that someone logged in to my account because I accessed it from other fake sites. I am asking for IP checks to be done and shared, but you say you cannot share them for security reasons. No one has accessed my account. I am not saying my account was stolen. Even I do not have the authority to perform transactions without identity verification on my account, so who performed transactions on an account without identity verification? Unfortunately, I contacted them via Telegram with friends but did not get a response…. The people providing information are from the call center and have no knowledge of the site whatsoever. The numbers are disposable.

First of all, hello to everyone. As is known, Jojo Bet had started causing extreme problems with payments. Recently, I experienced this myself; a number starting with 0 312 called me, and the lady very kindly asked what I had been through and responded to the situation well. However, all my accounts have been hacked for four months, and even though I opened an identity case, I could not catch the perpetrator in any way. However, it has been officially proven by me that Jojo Bet sent an APK cheat via Bad Gameloop. Please be careful when downloading the Jojobet application, as your personal information may be compromised. All evidence and proof regarding this are available. Some necessary messages have been hidden and only opened to the business owner, but this struggle will continue. I have also learned that the officially awarded prize amount is $1,500,000. I kindly request that this issue be resolved.
