I am a Jojobet user, and I am trying to withdraw $93 from my Jojobet account to my bank account, but the system does not allow me to proceed.
On March 29, 2003, at around 12:00 PM, when I attempted to submit a withdrawal request, the system displayed the following message: “Dear Player! Please note that you are currently not allowed to initiate a withdrawal from your account. Error Code: 21122.” Because of this, my transaction could not be completed.
This issue has been ongoing, and I am still unable to withdraw my funds. I have been regularly contacting Jojobet live support and customer service regarding this matter, but my issue has not been resolved. Other than the error message, no clear explanation has been provided.
I have not been informed of any investigation, penalty, restriction, or missing documents on my account. I have also not been told that I violated any rules. I believe I have used my account in accordance with the platform’s terms, and I consider the balance in my account to be legitimate winnings.
I request that my account be urgently and thoroughly reviewed, that the restriction causing error code 21122 be removed, and that my withdrawal request of $93 be processed as soon as possible. If there is a valid or legal reason preventing this transaction, I ask that it be clearly explained to me in writing.
