Matbet Blocked Account After CATRIX Win - Withdrawal Withheld

I have a user account on the Matbet website under the username “Elifhir***” and I actively participate in slot games through this account. On December 21, 2025, I won ₺250,000 while playing the CATRIX slot game. Following this win, I first made a withdrawal request of ₺50,000 via standard bank transfer (EFT) to my Yapı Kredi bank account, and this first withdrawal was successfully processed and paid to me. After my first withdrawal was completed, I requested the remaining ₺200,000. While I was waiting for this second withdrawal request to be processed, I was suddenly logged out of the site. When I tried to log in again, I saw that my account had been blocked. I immediately contacted the live support line and was informed that I had allegedly violated the “multiple user” rule. However, they did not provide any concrete explanation, proof, or detailed information about this allegation and abruptly ended the conversation. I then contacted live support again, but I received the same response and my account remained blocked. If there had truly been a rule violation, my first withdrawal request should logically also have been rejected. Paying out the first ₺50,000 and then blocking my account while withholding the remaining ₺200,000 without explanation creates a strong impression of bad faith and an unfair attitude. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, the alleged “multiple user” violation be clearly and specifically explained to me with evidence if such a situation exists, that the remaining ₺200,000 from my winnings be paid to me without any further delay, and that my account be unblocked. I expect Matbet to promptly correct this unjust situation and complete my payment in full.

Hello, an employee from the Matbet site called me and tried to close the issue with the same excuse. They keep claiming that the problem arose because of a multiple user account. However, everyone knows that on a site only one account can be opened with an ID number or phone number. As I mentioned in my complaint, I had already made investments and withdrawals before, and this time they first approved my 50,000₺ withdrawal. If I had actually violated the multiple user rule as they claim, my account would have been blocked long ago. I will continue my complaint, do everything I can, and this situation will continue until my problem is resolved. My request to the site is that a serious official, not an employee, contacts me.

I sent Curacao the screen recordings and video images related to the issue and sent an email explaining the matter in detail. I also sent an informative email to the PragmaticPlay provider. I hope the Matbet site will deeply regret doing this.
