Meritking has caused me a horrible experience. I have not yet gotten any rewards even though I spent hours playing and won on multiple games. Meritking seems to be more concerned in collecting money from participants than in really offering fair wins. The games are always freezing, and I have been thrown out of sessions without notice quite a bit. It appears virtually impossible to hit anything significant even throughout spins; as if the system is meant to keep people losing. I contacted customer assistance but get no helpful answers or fixes. Investing time and money into a platform that seems so one-sided is somewhat aggravating. Until they at last handle this and treat gamers fairly, I will keep bringing up this matter.
