Despite the time that has passed, my balance has not been updated and I cannot use the amount I transferred. I contacted your customer service about this situation, however instead of providing a clear solution or explanation, I was only given evasive answers that I felt were like excuses, which made me feel that the issue was not being taken seriously. I request that the ₺10,000 I transferred via FAST to your Türk Katılım Bankası account be urgently and fully reflected in my Pusulabet account, and that I be informed in writing about the reason for this delay.
