I deposited ₺10,000 into my Pusulabet account via FAST on 30.12.2025 to the Türk Katılım Bankası account information provided on your platform, but the money has still not been credited to my account. Despite the time that has passed, my balance has not been updated and I cannot use the amount I transferred. I contacted your customer service about this situation, however instead of providing a clear solution or explanation, I was only given evasive answers that I felt were like excuses, which made me feel that the issue was not being taken seriously. I request that the ₺10,000 I transferred via FAST to your Türk Katılım Bankası account be urgently and fully reflected in my Pusulabet account, and that I be informed in writing about the reason for this delay.
